Our Services
From nursery placement to secondary school transfers, Schoolbridgez handles the paperwork, the phone calls, and the school visits — so you can focus on your child.
Every service is tailored to the stage your child is at and the priorities your family holds.
Schoolbridgez offers four core service areas, each designed to remove a specific barrier families face when navigating Kisumu's educational landscape. Whether you are placing a three-year-old in nursery for the first time, moving a primary-school child mid-year because of a family relocation, or seeking the best-fit secondary school after Kenya Certificate of Primary Education results arrive, our process is the same: we listen first, match second, and support you through every administrative requirement. We do not manage tuition, provide tutoring, or influence examination results — our role begins and ends with helping you find and access the right school.
Each service includes a personal consultation, a shortlist of matched schools, and support through the application or transfer process.
We assess the right environment for children aged 2–5, considering location, learning approach, class sizes, and fees. We shortlist up to five nurseries within your preferred radius and coordinate your first visit with the school.
For Standard One through Standard Eight, we match your child to a primary school that fits academically and socially. We prepare your application documents, liaise with the head teacher's office, and confirm your child's admission in writing.
Relocations, family changes, or dissatisfaction with a current school — whatever the reason, we manage the transfer process cleanly. We obtain the leaving certificate, handle inter-school correspondence, and ensure continuity of your child's academic record.
After KCPE results, competition for Form One places in reputable Kisumu schools is intense. We know which schools still have space, which are realistic for your child's marks, and which offer the combination of facilities and fees that suits your family.
Straightforward answers to the queries we hear most often.
Our consultation is free. If you proceed to a full placement service, a fixed advisory fee applies — we disclose it in writing before any work begins. The fee covers our time and coordination; all school fees are paid directly to the school by the family.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Final admission decisions rest with the school. What we can guarantee is that your application is correctly prepared, submitted on time, and followed up professionally — which significantly increases the likelihood of a successful outcome.
For most nursery and primary requests we identify a shortlist within 48 hours. Secondary placements after KCPE can take three to seven days depending on demand and the schools' own timelines. Mid-year transfers vary case by case.
Yes. We cover all of Kisumu County, including Ahero, Muhoroni, Maseno, and Seme. We have also assisted families with boarding school placements in Nyanza and Western regions when local options were not suitable.
