Our office is located on Oginga Odinga Street in central Kisumu, a short walk from the main bus terminus and easily accessible from most residential estates in the city. We are open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00. If you cannot visit in person, our advisers respond to WhatsApp and email enquiries throughout the working day. For urgent mid-term transfer requests, please call directly so we can begin your intake the same day. We aim to acknowledge every written enquiry within four business hours and to provide a substantive response — including an initial school shortlist where possible — within 24 hours of receiving your child's details.
